Speciality Security Investigation Group Ltd are now offering a range of courses to promote best practice, regulatory compliance and to ensure statutory requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage 2024 are adhered to regarding qualifications and ratios. "All staff who obtained a level 2 and/or level 3 qualification since 30th June 2016 must obtain a Paediatric First Aid (PFA) qualification within 3 months of starting work in order to be included in the required staff to child ratios at level 2 or 3 in an early years setting.
To continue to be included on the ratio requirements the certificate must be renewed every 3 years." [ 3.31 EYFS statutory framework for group and school based providers 2024].
With a qualified and highly experienced childcare practitioner on our management team, we are excited to be able to offer training, support and guidance to early years and childcare providers, as well as their clients. Our aim is to train as many members of the public and professionals to be able to possess life saving skills and give emergency care.
Our courses are delivered through a multi disciplinary approach, combining group discussions, self study, face to face tutoring. As well as realistic scenarios where learners can apply their knowledge, culminating in both theory and practical assessments.
All our courses are nationally recognised and Ofqual regulated. Our PFA qualification can be delivered at multiple locations including inhouse with your team or group to help enhance your skills in your settings.
