Every one of our Close Protection Operative's are SIA Licensed as a Close Protection Officers (CPO) under the Private Security Industry's Act 2001 and carry out ongoing training and continued professional development (CPD).

Our Close Protection Team all hold a minimum of a SIA Close Protection & CCTV License under the PSIA 2001. By being dual licensed this gives our close protection team the very best knowledge and allows them to provide the very best to our clients.  

All Our team are trained in both surveillance and counter surveillance as well as both technical surveillance & technical counter surveillance. 

including Bug sweeping  (Audio and Video surveillance sweeps), As well as tracker and counter tracker sweeps.

Our Close Protection Medics (CPM) are all qualified to a minimum of FREC 4 / ECA level of the Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine Framework (PHEM) this allows our medics to provide a higher level of Pre-Hospital Emergency treatment while on operations.

this allows them to have a wider range of life persevering options such as ILS and a wider knowledge base for treatment.

As our CPO's are given advanced Search training as well as technical surveillance & technical counter surveillance search training, Our CPO's are able to not only check for hidden or planted items and concealed items, but are able to search for electronic audio & visual monitoring devices and for any items that are transmitting a radio or WIFI signal. We can check meeting places, offices and Residences before the clients arrival to secure their data and protect their privacy.

Our Quick Reaction Force Close Protection Operatives are made up of CPO's with additional qualifications and are trained to deal with difficult situations, including life threatening situations and medical emergencies as well as situations requiring a tactical solitons. 

Our QRF will always only be 2 minutes behind you, when deployed.

 All of our CPO's are mechanical restraint trained and have the ability to carry handcuffs & restraints while on duty.

All officers have the Highfield level 3 awards in the safe use of restraint equipment RQF

This allows our officers to take control and de-escalate situations and allows our officers to deal with incidents with only minimum disruptions to the client and close protection unit.

We take Health & Safety and the safety of our clients very seriously. to that end all of our close protection units undertake both the Highfield level 2 award in Health & Safety in the workplace and the Highfields level 2 in Fire safety RQF.

This allows our team to help manage the health & safety and Fire safety needs of our team, as well as supporting the needs of our clients.

All of our teams undertake counter drone training, in the form of the Highfield Level 2 Award in Low Airspace Awareness.

This training gives our CPO's a good understanding in how to counter drones and also gives them the knowledge to correctly deal with and counter drones in the course if their duties, along with giving them the understand of ways drones could be used by the close protection unit well carrying out their duties.
