Our officers, who are either employed on a permanent or casual basis, are fully trained and uniformed high-performing security professionals, as well as medical service experts, committed to delivering high-quality services in line with client requirements.

All members of the SSIG Security Division are vetted to the rigorous BS7858-2019 vetting standards. Once officers complete this vetting process, they commence their SSIG-UK training and begin their career journey within our organization.

All of our security officers, events staff, and Door Supervisors have successfully completed the Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors, adhering to the BS7858-2019 vetting standards in the private security industry RQF. This certification equips our SSIG Security Division team to take on various roles, including Security, Investigations, and providing integrated security solutions for Bars, Clubs, and Festivals.

Mechanical Restraint (Handcuffs)

All of our security officers and event staff within the SSIG Security Division are trained in mechanical restraint and are authorized to carry handcuffs and restraints while on duty. Adhering to BS7858-2019 vetting standards, all officers hold the Highfield level 3 awards in the safe use of restraint equipment RQF, ensuring our integrated security solutions meet the highest safety and professionalism standards.

Conflict Management & De-escalation trained

All of our security officers, events staff, and Door Supervisors have successfully completed the Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management. This course serves as an annual refresher for our team as part of our continued professional development (CPD), ensuring they maintain and enhance their skills. Our commitment to adhering to BS7858-2019 vetting standards underlines the quality of our integrated security solutions provided by the SSIG Security Division.

At SSIG-UK, our SSIG Security Division ensures that our team also participates in yearly Continued Professional Development (CPD) to maintain and refresh their skills, adhering to the BS7858-2019 vetting standards and providing integrated security solutions.
