SSIG-UK Terms & Conditions of Service

Here at the Speciality Security Investigation Group our term of service are a key corner stone of our business and are upheld to the highest level. 

SSIG Security and Investigation Division Terms and Conditions 

• All Invoices issued to a customer must be paid in full within thirty (30) days of the invoice  being issued unless otherwise specified within the invoice. Failure to pay any invoice in full within the thirty (30) days of the invoice being issued will result in ‘statutory interest’ being added to the invoice as a late payment fee for each month or thirty (30) day period. This fee is 8% above the Bank of England interest rate base rate for business to business transactions and 5% for non business Customers.

• Failure to pay any invoice within three (3) months or ninety (90) days will result in legal action being taken and additional fees and costs will be added. This is written into all of our contracts and is also a standard term in are terms and conditions of service.

• A non refundable  holding fee / deposit of £500 will be required for any investigations and will be deducted from the final invoice.

• Speciality Security Investigation Group Ltd do not undertake adultery or divorce investigations. However we will trace children who have been taken by a parent without the other parents consent as long as the parents have parental rights and joint custody.

• Speciality Security Investigation Group Ltd reserve the right to terminate our services for the below reasons.

1.  We will not put any person, adult or child in a position of risk from domestic abuse, violence, sexual assault or modern slavery.
2. We will not trace or return a person, adult or child to a place or home where they are at risk of domestic abuse, violence, sexual assault or suspected modern slavery.  
3. If a person, adult or child has been a victim of domestic abuse, violence, sexual assault or modern slavery. We will act in the best interest of the person and terminate our investigation and the police and cps will be informed. We will supply the Police & CPS with all information and evidence found from the investigation. 

• We will not taken on an active open police or law enforcement investigation, However once the case has become a cold case or is no longer an active investigation or is offered out Speciality Security Investigation Group Ltd is here to help.

SSIG Training Division Additional Terms and Conditions 

1) All training courses and Training MUST be paid for Before any training is carried out. No payment of Course fees in advance or of SSIG Training invoices Not being paid in full in advance will result in the training be Cancelled and a £50 set administration fee being added to you invoice for costs of administration leading up to the course. This is a term and condition that you agree to when booking any SSIG-UK Training Division course.

2) Cancellation policy you Must give 7 Working Days’ Notice to amend any SSIG-UK Training Division course. There is a £50 fee to cancel or amend any course booking. This is to cover admin and fees. it is also not possible to cancel any booking within 7 working days of a course. should you cancel within 7 working days of a course no refund will be given and any outstanding invoice or fees that you owe for the course will still stand and will need to be paid by the due date on the invoice.

3) Refund policy, No Refund will be made should you fail to complete any Pre-Course learning required for a course, should you fail to complete any pre-course that is required and this leads to your removal from the course, this will be deems that the learner has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of training and the learner will be deemed at fault. There for No Refund will be issued.

4) Refund policy, failure to arrive for a course on time or late which leads to the learner being removed from the course or that leads the learner to fail the course as they have failed to meet the required guided learning hours. No Refund will be given.

5) Refund policy, should you been deemed unfit to carry out training due to drugs or alcohol or are deemed unfit due to anti-social behaviour and or being unsafe and or aggressive towards any member of staff, learner or member of the public, you will be removed and No Refund will be given.  You may also face legal charges or prosecution if you harm or attempt to harm any person or cause Harassment, alarm or distress.
